Bread Cheese Cigar Recipe in English:

Ingredients

Bread pieces 6-8

Mozzarella cheese 250 gm.

Cheddar Cheese 250 gm.

Breadcrumbs 1 cup

Egg 2

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Red Chili flakes 1 Teaspoon

Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon

Cooking Oil for frying

Directions:

1- Cut corners of bread.

2- Press the bread with rolling pin.

3- Cut sticks of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

4- Beat eggs, add salt, pepper, mixed herbs and chili flakes and mix.

5- Take one stick of mozzarella and one stick of cheddar and place on bread.

6- Make a roll and dip it in the beaten egg and then breadcrumbs, after 2 minutes close the ends by pressing them.

7- Heat oil and deep fry.

Delicious Bread Cheese cigars are ready for serving.

2- Mozzarella aur Cheddar cheese k slices stick ki tarah kaat lain.

3- 2 ande phaint len phir us main namak, kali mirch, kuti hui laal mirch or mix jaribotian (mixed herbs) shamil karlen.

4- Ab aik bread k slice pr aik mozzarella cheese or aik cheddar cheese ki stick rakhen aur roll karden.

5- Roll ko anday me dip karain aur us k baad breadcrumbs main coat Karen. Sare bread slices pe yehi tareeka dubara dohrayen.

6- 2 minute tak side pe rakhlen take anda jazb hojaye phir corners ko press karke band karlen.

7- Oil garam kar k Bread cheese cigars ko fry karen.

Directions:

1-In bowl,add eggs,red chili powder,black chili powder,salt and mix well.

2-Add milk, tomato (chopped), red chili (chopped), green chili (chopped), onion and give it a good mix.

3-In frying pan,heat oil,dip bread slices in egg mixture,turning to coat on all sides then place them in the frying pan.

4-Cook until golden, turning them to cook and brown on all sides.

For Batter:

Baisan (Gram flour) 2 cups

Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste

Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

Ajwain (Carom seeds) ¼ tsp

Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

Baking soda ¼ tsp

Pani (water) as required

For Stuffing:

Aaloo (Potatoes) boiled & mashed 2 medium

Chicken boiled & shredded 1 cup

Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1-2

Gajar (Carrots) grated 2 tbs

Hari pyaz (Green onion) chopped 2 tbs

Corns boiled 2 tbs

Hara dhania (Green coriander) chopped 2 tbs

Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp

Zeera (Cumin) roasted & crushed ½ tsp

Direction:

For Batter:

1-In bowl, add gram flour,red chili powder,turmeric powder,carom seeds,salt,baking soda and water,mix well and make a batter of desired consistency and set aside.

For Stuffing:

1-In bowl, add potatoes,chicken(boiled and shredded),green chili (chopped),carrots (grated),green onion,corns,green coriander(chopped),salt,red chili powder,cumin (roasted&crushed),black pepper powder and mix well until all combined.

2-Cut the edges of bread slice.

3-Take filling and spread it on the bread evenly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese shredded (optional) and cover this filling with another slice.

4-Cut the stuffed bread slice into triangular slices.

5-Now dip the slices in besan batter and coat the slices evenly with the besan batter.

6-Heat oil and deep fry on medium low flame until golden.

7-Bread pakora is ready, serve with tomato ketchup.

Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1 medium

Chicken salami Chopped 1 Cup

Dried thyme ½ tsp

Maida (All-purpose flour) 4 tbs

Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

Mozzarella cheese Grated ½ Cup

Cheddar cheese Grated ½ Cup

Chicken (Boiled & cubed) 2 Cups

Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp

Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp

Paprika powder 2 tsp

Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

Mustard paste 2 tsp

French bread slices 12-15

Makhan (Butter) melted as required

Directions:

1-In pot,add melted butter,onion and chicken salami,fry for 2 minutes.

2-Add dried thyme,all-purpose flour and mix well for 2-3 minutes.

3-Switch off flame,gradually add milk and mix until sauce thickens.

4-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,chicken,nutmeg powder,black pepper,paprika powder, salt, mustard paste and mix well.

5-Cut french bread into slices,apply melted butter on both sides,add chicken stuffing,mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and jalapenos.

6-Heat frying pan and place sandwiches,cover and let it steam-cook until cheese melts.

7-Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.

5-French bread ko slices mein cut ker lein,dono sides per melted makhan laga ker chicken stuffing rakh dein,upper sa mozzarella cheese,bread crumbs aur jalapenos dal dein.

6-Frying pan ko garam ker ka sandwiches rakh dein,dhak ker cheese melt hunay tak steam-cook ker lein.

7-Pre-heated oven mein 200 C per 15-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.

Ingredients:

Makhan (butter) 100 gms

Lehsan (garlic) chopped 4-5 cloves

Parsley fresh or dried to taste

Bread of your choice

Namak (salt) to taste

Kali mirch (black pepper) to taste

Kuti lal mirch (chili flakes) to taste

Jalapenos

Olives

Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

1- Take butter, add chopped garlic and parsley (If you are taking fresh parsley, chop it and then add to the butter). Mix well until all are combined.

2- Garlic can be used in chopped form or you can grind it as well, it is as per liking. If you like it chunky than chop, if you like it in paste form than grind to a paste and then add to butter.

3- Slice bread diagonally, spread garlic butter on it generously.

4- Now you can add any topping of your choice.

5- For simple garlic bread, add garlic butter only.

6- For cheesy garlic bread, spread garlic butter and then add cheese generously.

7- Add any topping e.g.: jalapenos, corn, chopped onion, boiled shredded chicken, chili flakes or any Italian seasoning as per liking and so on.

8- Preheat oven at 180 degrees.

9- Bake garlic bread slices for 10 minutes and serve.

Tip: Garlic butter can be prepared and refrigerated for 10-15 days.

6- Agar koi topping add karna ho tu pehle garlic butter lagayen, phir topping add karain aur phir cheese se cover karlain.

7- Topping keliye aap koi bhi ajza apni pasand ke hisab se le sakte hain, e.g. achari mirch, corn, ubli aur resha ki huee chicken, kuti lal mirch, chopped pyaz, koi bhi Italian seasoning.

8- Oven ko 180 degrees pe preheat karlain.

9- Ab in slices ko oven main 10 min keliye bake karlain.

Tip: Garlic butter tayar kar ke fridge main 10-15 din tak rakha jasakta hai.

Maida 1 cup

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

Eggs 2

Salt as per taste

Red Chili Crushed 1 tbsp

Chili Sauce 1 tbsp

Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp

Paprika Powder 1 tbsp

Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Cooking Method of Chicken Fried Legs

1- In a bowl, place the cuts on legs, then add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and mix it well.

2- Now, keep in the refrigerator for an hour.

3- In another bowl, add eggs, salt, garlic powder (1/2 tbsp), red chili crushed (1/2 tbsp), chili sauce, black pepper powder (1/2 tbsp) and mix it well.

4- In another bowl, add maida, salt, red chili crushed (1/2 tbsp), paprika powder, black pepper powder (1/2 tbsp), garlic powder (1/2 tbsp) and mix it well.

5- Now, cover chicken legs with maida mixture, then egg mixture and the maida mixture again.

6- Now, deep fry until golden brown in the cooking oil.

Your tasty Fried Chicken Legs now ready to serve.

Cooking time: 1 hour

Serve: 3

اب ایک برتن میں انڈے لیں اور اس میں نمک،لہسن پاؤڈر (آدھا کھانے کا چمچ)،لال مر چ کُٹی ہوئی (آدھا کھانے کا چمچ)،چلی سوس اور کالی مرچ کُٹی ہوئی (آدھا کھانے کا چمچ)ڈال کر ملالیں ۔

Blueberry Cheese Cake Recipe in English:

Ingredients:

Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Kg

Cookies/Biscuits 200 gms

Makhan (Butter) 3 & ½ tbs

Gelatin powder 1 tbs

Pani (Water) Luke warm 2-3 tbs

Cream cheese 200 gms

Cream ½ Cup

Cheeni (Sugar) powdered ¾ Cup or to taste

Lemon juice ½ tsp

Blueberry topping can as required

Directions:

1- In bowl,place cotton/cheese cloth,add yogurt and bring the four edges of the cotton/cheese cloth together,tie and hang for 1 hour.

2- In chopper,add cookies/biscuits and chop until crumble.

3- During chopping,add melted butter and chop until well combined.

4- In 9” inch springform pan,add crumble mixture and press firmly down into the base to create an even layer and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set firmly.

5- Dissolve gelatin powder in lukewarm water,mix well and set aside.

6- In bowl,add strained yogurt,cream cheese,cream and beat until well combined.

7- Add dissolve gelatin,sugar and lemon juice,beat again for 2 minutes until all combined.

8- Now pour the cream mixture over the cake layer in the spring form pan,spread it.

9-Refrigerate for 1 hour.

10-Add blueberry topping and refrigerate for 4 hours & serve chilled.

5- Gelatin powder mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.

6- Bowl mein strained dahi,cream cheese aur cream dal dein aur combine hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.

7- Dissolve gelatin,cheeni aur lemon juice dal ker 2 minutes kliya dubara beat ker lein.

8- Ab cream mixture ko springform pan k ander layer ka upper dal dein aur spread ker lein.

9- 1 hour kliya refrigerate ker lein.

10- Blueberry topping dal dein aur 4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein phir thanda serve karein.

Pasta ko boil karne ke ajza:

Pasta 250 gm.

Namak 1 chai ka chamach

Oil 1 khane ka chamach

Spicy Koyla Chicken ke ajza:

Boneless Chicken 2 Fillets

Oil 2 khane ke chamach

Dahi 1 Cup

Zarde Rang ½ Chai ka chamach

Soya Sauce 2 Khane ke chamach

Sirka 2 khane ke chamach

Kuti hui Lal Mirch 1 Chai ka chamach

Koyla ka Tukra 1

White Sauce ke Ajza:

Makhan 4-5 khane ke chamach

Maida 3 khane ke chamach

Cheddar Cheese 50 gm.

Shimla Mirch 1

Oregano 1 chai ka chamach

Thyme 1 chai ka chamach

Bananay ka tareeka:

Pasta Boil karnme ka tareeka:

1- Aik baray pateelay mai paani ubal lain or jb wo boil pea aye tu Pasta shamil Karen aur phir namak aur oil shamil karke 10-15 minute keliye boil karlen.

2- Pani nikal len aur phir thande paani se guzar kar chan len. Thora sa oil daal kar mix karlen is tarah pasta chipkega nahi.
Spicy Koyla Chicken:

3- Boneless chicken fillet main cuts laga len. Ek pyale main chicken fillets shamil Karen, dahi, zarde ka rang, soya sauce, sirka, kuti hui lal mirch, namak aur paprika shamil kar ke mix karlen aur 45 minutes keliye marinate Karen.

4- Aik pan me oil lain aur marinate chicken fillet ko dono side se fry kar len. Phir us main ek koila rakhlen aur zara sa oil daal kar dum keliye cover karlen.
White Sauce:

5- Aik pan mai makhan shamil Karen phir us main lehsan shamil karke mix karlen. Lehsan k golden honay tk ka intezar na karain aur pan ko choolay se utar lain. Ab us main maida shamil karke achi tarah mix Karen aur phir doodh shamil Karen phir cream shamil karke achi tarah mix karen. Mix karne keliye lakri ka chamach istamal Karen.

6- Mixture ko wapis choolay pr rkhain aur namak, kali mirch, oregano or thyme shamil Karen.

7- Sauce ke thick hone tak pakaen. Ab kati huee Shimla mirch aur Cheese shamil karke mix Karen.

8- Sauce thick hone par pasta shamil karke mix Karen.

9- Ab Spicy koila chicken shamil Karen.

Tip: Chicken ko cubes main cut karke pasta main achi tarah mix bhi karsakte hain.

White Pasta with Spicy Koila Chicken Recipe in English:

Ingredients:

For boiling Pasta:

Penne Pasta 250 gm.

Salt 1 Teaspoon

Cooking Oil 1 Tablespoon

Spicy Koila Chicken:

Boneless Chicken 2 Fillets

Oil 2 Tablespoon

Yoghurt 1 Cup

Yellow Artificial Color ½ Teaspoon

Soya Sauce 2 Tablespoon

Vinegar 2 Tablespoon

Chili Flakes 1 Teaspoon

Paprika 1 Teaspoon

White Sauce:

Butter 4-5 Tablespoon

Flour 3 Tablespoon

Garlic paste of 4 Cloves

Milk 1 ½ Cup

Cheddar Cheese 50 gm.

Oregano 1 Teaspoon

Thyme 1 Teaspoon

Cream ½ Pack

Capsicum 1

Directions:

Boiling Pasta:

1- In a big pan take water and bring it to boil and add salt, oil and pasta. Boil pasta for 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure it does not get over cooked.

2- Drain water when it’s done and run tap water or cold water over it so the pasta does not stick together. Run your fingers through them till it cools and then add oil and mix so it is evenly spread.
Spicy Koila Chicken

3- Make cuts in Chicken fillet. In a bowl add chicken, yoghurt, yellow artificial color, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, chili flakes and paprika and marinate for 45 minutes.

4- In a pan add oil and cook chicken on medium flame until tender. In the end give it koylay ka dum by placing a piece of coal in pan and pour few drops of oil and cover for 10 minutes.
White Sauce

5- Add butter in a pan when it melts add garlic paste in it. After a few seconds it should start giving a good aroma. Don’t wait for the garlic to turn golden.

Take the pan off the heat and add flour and mix it in the butter. Start adding milk now gradually and keep stirring. Add cream and mix. Put pan on the heat again.

Add salt, black pepper, thyme and oregano and any Italian herb of your choice. It will start to thicken.

Add Capsicum and cheese and then add pasta and mix well.
Now add chicken fillet and serve.

Tip: You can cut chicken in cubes or strips and mix well in pasta.
