Many men enjoy exploring G Spot stimulation with their partner. But the question is how? How to find such an elusive spot such as the G Spot, which isn’t as much of a “thing” as an experience, given that it’s not an anatomical part one can see.
One of my favorite moves for G Spot exploration is something I like to call the sandwich trick. Have her lie down on her stomach after at least 10 minutes of hot and heavy sex play (read: verrrrrry exciting foreplay or sex or whatever feels good to her). If she’s well lubricated on her own, great. If not, lubricate your finger and insert one inside her vagina, gently but firmly pressing against the front vaginal wall. If she’s able to push her hips toward the bed, it’s even better as it will intensify the sandwich effect (the bed and your fingers are the “bread” and her vaginal wall/G Spot are the inside parts being sandwiched).
The sandwich trick is handy because G Spot stimulation involves stimulation that goes beyond the vaginal wall, likely stimulating the inside parts of the clitoris or the spongy tissue that surrounds a woman’s urethra. By compressing this area, some women find it intensifies G Spot stimulation and makes it easier for them to experience, hone in on and then try to re-create the sensations during other types of sex, such as intercourse.
